We know international orders can come with a nasty surprise — a delivery fee out of nowhere, weeks after checkout. That's not how we do things.
All duties, VAT, and taxes are included in your order total at checkout. What you pay at checkout is what you pay — full stop.
Will I be charged customs or import fees on delivery?
No. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected upfront at checkout, so there's nothing owed when your order arrives.
What currency will I be charged in?
Checkout shows prices in your local currency based on your shipping destination — AUD, USD, CAD, GBP, or EUR. If your card is issued elsewhere, your bank handles any conversion.
Could my order still get held at customs?
Occasionally, depending on your country's import process — this is outside our control once it leaves our carrier's hands. If anything's needed, your local customs office will contact you directly.
Do you mark orders as "gift" to avoid customs fees?
No. That's inaccurate on customs paperwork and can cause real problems for you at the border. We declare every order accurately, every time.
Are international returns handled differently for customs?
The same 30-day return window and conditions apply. You're responsible for return shipping and any customs paperwork on your end — reach out and we'll point you to the best method for your country.
My country isn't listed at checkout — can I still order?
We can only reliably guarantee landed cost for the regions we currently ship to, since duty rates and thresholds vary widely by country. Let us know where you're based — it shapes which regions we open up next.
