LineShift™ System

What is LineShift?

LineShift is FORMEN's fit-construction system — three small geometry changes to how a tee is cut and seamed, so it holds its shape on your body instead of just looking right laid flat.

It's not fabric, and it's not a size chart. It's the pattern itself.

01 · Shoulders & Arms
Grips the arm, squares the shoulder.
An anchor seam sits right at the shoulder point, with a bicep taper running down the sleeve — so the shoulder seam stays put instead of sliding down your arm.

02 · Chest & Waist
Falls straight instead of clinging.
A plumb-line cut (roughly a 1:1.02 release through the torso) lets the fabric drop straight from chest to waist, instead of pulling tight or ballooning out.

03 · Hem
Doesn't bunch when your hands are in your pockets.
A scalloped hem line keeps the front from riding up or bunching when you move — sit down, reach up, hands in pockets, it stays put.

The short version: three fixes, one goal — a tee that fits the same standing, sitting, and reaching, not just in the mirror.
