- We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display will be perfectly accurate.
5. Orders and Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current billing, shipping, and contact information.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping timeframes, costs, and coverage are outlined in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and the Fit Promise
Our Returns & Exchanges policy and Fit Promise (as published on the Site) form part of these Terms. Items must meet the stated condition requirements (unworn, unwashed, tags attached) to qualify for return or exchange within the stated window.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names (including "Sharp-Line Tee™" and "LineShift™"), images, and design — is the property of FORMEN or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
9. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:

13. Limitation of Liability
